Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing demand plan from the market that will enable the business to meet sales and service objectives.

  • Creates, develops, collects and challenges forecast in close interaction and communication with sales, marketing, finance, supply planning and other departments.

  • Accountable to have the market plans transferred accurately into the relevant planning tools on time, as well as a deep understanding of the source and background of forecast data.

  • Good and pro-active analyzer and communicator with a robust alert system in place to give transparency to the business and/ or derive corrective actions

  • Support the S&OP manager on sign off of the monthly S&OP process with required documentation and analysis

  • Launching work orders in the ERP for all make-parts.


  • Master Data background, regarding awareness of significance, correctness and time criticalness, preferable Oracle.

  • Familiarity and knowledge of demand planning technology and decision support tools

  • Able to manage in a cross-functional environment and to very efficiently engage with all support functions stakeholder locally

  • Knowledge of material flow in supply chain and production process.

  • Experience in logistics and procurement or supply chain in general.
