Sales Staff Manager will manage Eastern Hemisphere – Channel Partner and Direct Sales supporting Drilling and Completion Fluids Product Line.
Within the Eastern Hemisphere responsible for Direct Sales of product(s), parts, solutions, and other projects associated with non-service revenue.
Develops sales plan with the regions. Products and systems requiring technical knowledge.
Supports the success of the Regional team of salespeople, including Account Managers, and Business Development Sales Representatives.
Meets assigned targets for profitable Channel Partner and directs sales growth.
Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key customers.
Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.
Achieves assigned product sales quota.
Achieves product growth targets in the assigned geography.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned period
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales Origination.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Effective problem identification and solution skills.
Proven analytical and organizational ability.
