General Electric Product Manager - Digital Selling Activation Lead in Krakow, Poland

Job Description Summary

As a Product manager for Digital Selling Activation, you will be responsible for building out our E- commerce platform, in addition you will act as a main conduit between multiple teams.

The Digital Selling Activation Leader mission is to build the best place for consumers to start their commerce journeys, and the best place for businesses to connect with consumers, regardless of where those journeys complete.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Rolling out our Ecommerce platform across EMEA.

  • Able to communicate with different audiences in both technical and non technical terms

  • Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.

  • Launch new products and features, test their performance, and work to enhance as needed.

  • Manage the full ownership of the Product Lifecycle.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

  • Experience working with Agile teams

  • Strong Influencing skills

  • Demonstrated experience authoring Product Management Artifacts (Business Cases, Roadmaps, Requirements, User Stories)

Business Acumen:

  • Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems

  • Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts

  • Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team. Balances value propositions for competing stakeholders.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of the competitive environment


  • Influences through others; builds direct and "behind the scenes" support for ideas. Pre-emptively sees downstream consequences and effectively tailors influencing strategy to support a positive outcome.

  • Able to verbalize what is behind decisions and downstream implications. Continuously reflecting on success and failures to improve performance and decision-making.
