Job Description Summary
As a Life Care Solution Account Manager you will be responsible for winning business of medical equipment in the given territory. Operates with some autonomy but are typically subject to standard sales practices and procedures. Focus Care Area - Acute Care, Diagnostic Cardiology & Neonatology - Both public and private market. You will be responsible for south-eastern Poland.

Roles and Responsibilities
Selling Life Care Solutions portfolio to existing accounts as well as addition of a new customers.
Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers.
Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about desired customer outcome and coordination skills required.
Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Relevant experience in Sales Organization in Healthcare industry.
Ability to communicate in Polish and English.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Understanding of Clinical Areas like Acute Care, Cardiology and/or Maternal Infant Care.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to influence others.
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Effective problem identification and solution skills.
Proven analytical and organizational ability.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
