Job Description Summary
Governing, developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the LM Business Management System reflecting the ISO 9001 as well as LM Wind Power global business needs and internal and external requirements through collaborating and serving business process owners within LM as well as connecting with GE Renewables.
Governing, managing, controlling, and continuously improving quality and system assessments and audits with respect of ISO 9001, assuring respective compliance and certification.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and develop LM Wind Power BMS
Assure LM Wind Power procedures are defined and aligned globally in coordination with process owners.
Assure LM Wind Power BMS system fulfills ISO 9001 demands as well as business needs.
Plan and perform BMS training
Lead and develop LM Wind Power traceability setup with regards to quality.
Lead and coach BMS & Audit support team.
Lead and govern assessment and audit program
QD document approver to maintain consistency in quality related documents in BMS
Maintain ISO 9001 certification
Maintain and improve quality owned systems; Axapta, MEGA, Intranet and Team Center
Assist in quality training programs as trainer
Conducting assessments and audits
Other Projects/task in agreement with team leader
Master degree in technology, science or quality related career
7-10 years’ experience in working with ISO 9001 based BMS systems and related IT tools in multi-national organization and footprints
ISO 14001/OHSAS18001 experience is a plus
7-10 years of leadership experience in multinational matrix organization
Wide experience in fostering quality culture through systems and influence
Six Sigma Greenbelt (Preferably)
Lead auditor ISO 9001
Lead auditor ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001 is a plus
Business process and production process knowledge preferably from automotive or wind energy related organisations.
Certified quality auditor and assessor
Excellent English capabilities, additional languages capabilities are a plus
IT systems knowledge – Medium, preferably Axapta, MEGA, Intranet and Team Center
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze andresolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. A
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills.
