Lead Protection and Control Engineering activities in EHV/HV Substations for turnkey and refurbishment projects
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities :
Design and Engineering activities for Protection and Control Panels in EHV / HV Substations
Performing technical calculations for AC/DC Load, CT stability and PT stability, Relay Settings etc.
Selection of material based on technical specifications and customer requirements
Resource planning and workload management for the team.
Supporting Tendering team in estimation of material and resource cost.
Developing and implementing engineering processes.
Coordination with manufacturing factory, suppliers, site team to meet project requirements.
Close customer interaction in order to understand their requirements and provide solutions
Qualifications/Requirements :
Bachelors in Electrical / Electronics Engineering from a reputed university
10 -15 years of experience in the field of Control / Protection Engineering
Knowledge of GE and competitor Products
Knowledge of Substation Automation System
Grid Automation Industry Experience is a must
Experience with customers/utilities requirements in Middle East and Pakistan
