Role Summary:

This role defines and executes effective service solutions to drive business growth via digital tools and channels(i.e. Service Shop/MyServices).These digital offerings are designed to meet the needs of biomedical and clinical engineers who perform equipment repair and preventative maintenance within their hospital. This role will own the design and profitability of innovative offerings.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead lifecycle product management activities, priorities and business-wide coordination of Global Digital Channels, Tools and Customer Experiences.

Own and drive a cohesive global strategy for Digital offerings, both contractual and non-contractual, based on documented market needs.Assure that this offering portfolio maximizes profitability for the company.Build and maintain a solid understanding of the biomed or “in house” market and biomedical needs, inclusive of ODS and Contractual services across all regions and modalities.Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams and fellow Product Managers& business analysts who also serve the needs of the biomed/In-Housemarket.Drive coordination and prioritization of programs and initiatives on a global basis, liaising with all regions and product modalities.Collaborate with internal teams such as service delivery,marketing and service sales teams to ensure new offerings are designed and executed on-time and on budget.Understand and consider the impact of digital offerings within the entire portfolio, including all contractual service offerings to assure a coordinated customer experienceLead global pricing strategies for digital offerings and solutions in partnership with regional leaders.Lead global channel strategies for digital offerings and solutions in partnership with regional leaders.Promote effective collaboration with regular communication and updates to internal/external stakeholders.Support, consult and influence regions or modalities to better align strategy and optimize business impact.Consolidate and evaluate sales and profitability results, incorporating learnings into future product roadmaps and offerings. Own the entire customer Digital offering lifecycle, from the voice of the customer through successful launch, commercialization and end of product life.


Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline or minimum of 5 years working in a Digital Marketing,Digital Offering management,Software Product Managementor equivalent role.
