Indirect Channel Excellence Operations Partner is responsible to drive operational execution of the strategic HCS Indirect Channel Partners framework to accelerate profitable growth, drives efficiency and effectiveness (operational excellence) in all related processes and enhance critical capabilities across Channel Partners in an assigned geography or business segment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Acts as a centre of excellence for zone teams when it comes to annual performance management reviews, commercial platforms deployments, productivity initiatives, Business Analytics & Intelligence, KPI definition and setting.

  • Lead on-boarding and off boarding of indirect channel partners (ICPs) processes aligning all different stakeholders and executing ramp-up plan in compliance with all related processes (e.g. [not exhaustive] OP Setting, Product Trainings, Compliance trainings, Tool access)

  • Ensure the execution of the Indirect Channel Partner formal selection criteria framework aligned with the GTM Channel strategies / changes (pre-assessments, evaluations & recommendations).

  • Enhance data-analytics capabilities to monitor and improve commercial and operational processes, performance and outcomes, timely advising/providing Commercial Sales Manager commercial reports (e.g. SFDC PRM, Toolyt (not exhaustive).

  • Ensure and support the execution of the annual formal ICPs performance review .

  • Ensure execution of the ICPs Learning and Development programs processes (e.g. [not exhaustive] Product, Marketing & Compliance, Tool access)

  • Continuously provide insights and ideas to improve the ICP strategic framework to enhance critical capabilities, optimized processes and defined best KPIs, with the goal of improving onboarding, growth and development, retention and GTM changes.

  • Be actively engaged in the EMEA channel management community and leverage on it as a platform for best practice sharing.

  • Support the effective communication mechanisms to regularly communicate the Indirect Channel strategic framework including special program scope, timelines and execution status to global, zones & SBUs stakeholders and teams.

  • Well rounded, with both commercial and operational acumen
