Job Description Summary
The role will manage the Sales Execution process for GE Healthcare Business. You will lead the backlog management execution and drives equipment delivery and sales transfers to meet business financial targets and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with all key functions : OTR, HPM & Logistics, commercial, service and Finance team.

Manage the Indonesia OTR (Order Management Specialist) team across all GE Healthcare segment.
Lead Indonesia equipment Order Backlog Execution, drive equipment delivery and acceptance to customer.
Define the equipment Sales Estimate & Production forecast for each product line
Drive improvement on key performance metrics: On-Time delivery, predictability, forecast accuracy, inventory and past due.
Coordinate the work of the HPM (Healthcare Project Manager) team and logistics teams with their respective leader and act as an integrator across all Sales Operation and other function (ITO, RA, Commercial, Modality, RA, 3rd parties move-in service…)
Drive productivity project with all functional support team: Freight, Customs & Duties, Site Preparation, Install Cost, local purchase…
Ensure global/regional the best practices/initiative for are identified and adopted locally
Build and drive strategy for operations and commercial teams to ensure client retention and growth through e
Accountable for positive leadership and culture of the region/globe through ongoing direction, coaching, and career development of leaders. Leads and cultivates the GEHC culture, GE Beliefs, compliance & integrity
Bachelors Degree in Operations Management, Business Management or other related-field.
At least 10 years of Operation/Supply Chain leadership experience in corporate environment.
Leadership skills to lead and influence teams and shape/lead growth vision and business strategy
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
Excellent oral and written communications skills (Bahasa And English)
Strong analytical and process skills
Experience in interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages.
Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Medical equipment industry acumen
