General Electric Customer Fulfillment Manager in Jakarta, Indonesia

Role Summary:Reporting to the Service Director, the Customer Fulfillment Manager, for the assigned customer portfolio, is responsible for overall MYA contract performance, including managing customer relationship and communication, scoping, planning, and executing Outages, and driving critical system processes to ensure F5 metrics fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall business strategy for Indonesia and/or any other assigned countries.

Essential Responsibilities:Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

•Function as the primary contact point of assigned customers and be responsible for the customer management/relationship/communication, overall contracts performance, scope execution, and site P&L growth;

•Develop and implement business operation plans to achieve contract profitability through effective outage scope management, EW/JCE proposal oversight, event plan/execution/close out to ensure Fulfilment-5 goals by contract;

•Drive the timely resolution of customer issues, parts/repairs planning & fulfillment, and overall customer satisfaction of PGS execution;

•Accountable for the successful execution of scheduled/unscheduled outage and drive relevant fulfillment parties such as field core, parts and repair fulfillment, following the rigorous planning cycle and flawless execution rhythm, and also lead new unit warranty management, and CM&U project implementation/coordination of assigned contract equipment;

•Work with Sales and Commercial Operations to respond to customer inquiry and participate in commercial discussions with customer, assist in sales campaigns for new and extra work proposals development and contracts negotiation;

•Manage billing, review invoices and collect cash in a timely manner in accordance with the assigned contracts;

•Conduct proper Cost Margin Reviews and financial pacing/cost classification

•Working with web system applications such as PowerMax, Field Services Portal and others for proper allocation, planning and forecasting of parts and repairs.

Qualifications/Requirements:•Bachelor degree in Business/ Engineering or equivalent experience in power generation industry

•3-5 years experience of customer/technical/project/team management in power generation services industry.

Desired Characteristics:•Gas turbines and controls system experience

•Previous field engineer experiences

•Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skill

•Affluent knowledge of commercial, finance and logistics planning

•Six Sigma certified is preferred

•Demonstrated teamwork in a dynamic, energetic and complex environment, equipped with quick learning capability and ownership

•Be self-motivated and able to work under high pressure and constraint time, committed and process oriented

•Ability to work multiple project simultaneously and effectively in a cross-functional team
