General Electric Commercial Clinical Specialist - ECPC in Jakarta, Indonesia

Role Summary:

The Commercial Clinical Specialist is primarily responsible for Primary Care and Emerging Care product segment, developing and executing product strategy, coordinating training programs for both internally & externally and managing/support the activities of assigned channel/distributor. The objective is to achieve targeted sales and profit objectives from a defined business territory/key customer group, in accordance with the Country/Regional/Segment Business Plan.

Essential Responsibilities:

The role is also responsible for providing formal clinical support during the sales process within in a limited geographic region or limited industry/product segment. Responsibilities may include providing required pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support) and post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities and ongoing customer support, including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support.

Essential Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to);

•Develop and implement a business/sales plan for assigned channel/distributor and/or in country commercial team aimed at achieving and exceeding sales turnover and financial return, within the most cost-effective route and time-frame.

•Actively manage the relationship with the assigned distributor to ensure alignment with company objectives.

•Provide distributor/channel with the support & information needed to facilitate their effectiveness.

•Facilitate and support activities of distributor/channel commercial team to achieve the annual sales target.

•Create appropriate marketing activities to the region/country/segment and provide training to the distributor/channel’s Manager/Sales Specialists.

•Maintain a high level of clinical and commercial competence on relevant Primary Care and

Emerging Care products, techniques and applications.

•Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities within designated territory, using sales tools and applications. Prepare and participate in business reviews/forecasts for Regional Sales Management, to ensure a constant flow of information between Channel/Distributor and the

Company.

•Maintain an awareness of competitor activities and developments and ensure that this information is collected and made available to the Region Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. Required active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinical

  2. Demonstrated current basic clinical scanning proficiency on current products/platforms

  3. Minimum of 2 years clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products

  4. Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to

nationwide sales meetings and trade shows
