General Electric Clinical Configuration Specialist in Jackson, Mississippi

Role Summary:

In this role, you will conduct current and future state analysis of radiology imaging workflows. Also, responsible for pre-live activities such as setting up system configurations, data loads, master files and ensuring testing and training with the customer is completed. Uses deep knowledge of workflows and products to provide guidance to customers along the process to ensure maximum productivity and satisfaction for the customer.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the customer success team, participate in pre-sales activities to clearly identify/state customer goals, champions and stakeholders, prioritized project goals and setting expectations with customers.

  • Conduct current workflow analysis and future state design with customers, leveraging deep clinical workflow understanding of customer environment to recommend best practices.

  • Working with customers and GE resources throughout the project life cycle, conduct ongoing assessment of pre-determined success factors.

  • Collect and upload configuration files. This includes gathering required information and data from customer.

  • Identify test plans for customer needs. Recommend test scripts, customize with customer.

  • As a vital member of the customer success project team, mentor and guide customers, collaborate with GE resources, to prepare for successful activation. Ensure the customer can effectively use the product to maximize their productivity and long-term success.

  • Maintain communication with customer and other team members to ensure deliverables and desired outcomes are on track and expectations are clear. Facilitate answers to technical and clinical customer questions, identify resources to assist as needed. Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree OR Registered Radiologic Technologist.

  • Minimum three years’ experience in radiology imaging clinical workflow which includes Radiology Informatics Eligibility Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

  • Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen

  • Must be willing to travel 70-90% Desired Characteristics:

  • Previous experience influencing change and securing buy in

  • Previous experience working with complex projects, process minded.

  • Knowledge of PACS implementation methodology and ability to translate this in support of a successful implementation.

  • Highly knowledgeable of PACS architecture and theory of operation.

  • Radiology Imaging experience and strong understanding of related departmental and enterprise image workflow and utilization.

  • Exceptional organizational, assessment and planning skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.

  • Strong skills using Microsoft VISIO, Project and Office Professional components.

  • Change management experience preferred

  • Training experience preferred

  • Works independently, self-motivated

  • Previous experience using consultative skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
