Job Description Summary

You need to be responsible for service commercial activities for the PCS (Patient Care Solutions) and ULS (Ultrasound) Service Sales business in Turkey. In this role, you should work with related product teams and account leaders to come up with growth plans to achieve or exceed OP for services in their product line (Revenue, Price, Capture Rate by product, IB retention, …etc).

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive organic growth in Product Services Sales after the end of the warranty period (revenue, capture rate and IB retention).

  • Work closely with the product and marketing team to identify new growth opportunities or create campaigns for their product line, define the go to market approach, and define the structure needed to support them.

  • Focus on the direct and indirect customers, ability to drive new LCS and ULS go to market strategy

  • Work closely with Emerging Markets team to deploy new LCS and ULS campaigns and new offering into your market

  • Cultivate and leverage customer relationships, develop long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs

  • Ensure seamless teamwork and develop close partnerships with the other product leaders, Segment managers, Equipment Sales, Services and Marketing teams to provide customer satisfaction.

  • Performing reporting and forecasting of the sales activity.

  • Work closely with all the Turkish RSSM (Regional Service Sales Manager), SAM (Service Account Managers) and ISS (Internal Sales Specialists) to align on their strategy and GTM to drive growth in their regions.

Quality Specific Goals:

  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

  • Knowledge and understanding of Saudi Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.

  • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken

  • Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.

  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.


  • Associated Degree or High School Diploma

  • Demonstrated excellence in ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization, both internally and with external customers.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong verbal phone communication, effective benefit-oriented presentation skills and robust influencing skills with persistence to overcome objectives.

  • Highly motivated goal-oriented self-starter with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, takes initiative to make things happen, identifies what needs to be done and does it.

  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products

  • Ability to read and write in English and Turkish

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Advanced degree in Biomedical, Biology, Biochemistry, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong verbal phone communication, effective benefit-oriented presentation skills and robust influencing skills with persistence to overcome objectives.

  • Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-taking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to detail. Adaptable to multiple requests and daily changes.

  • Creative Problem Solving –Strong analytical skills demonstrating ability to identify root causes of problems; generate and evaluate creative alternative solutions; implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively with fact-based decisions.

  • Dependable: Being reliable, responsible, dedicated, committed, and fulfilling obligations

  • Adaptable/Flexible: Being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations in a high paced environment with changing needs

  • High Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools

  • Basic understanding of technical/medical equipment and services, preferred knowledge in applicable specific GE Healthcare care areas desire
