Job Description Summary
As the Cardiology Account Manager, you will be in a Customer facing sales role responsible for creating and winning business opportunities in the Cardiology Imaging space. You will be responsible for owning the relationship with department & clinical decision makers. Territory - Los Angeles & Las Vegas.
Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is a global leader in imaging agents, used to improve and enhance the images that radiologists use to diagnose and monitor disease. We support healthcare professionals via our portfolio of contrast agents that are used to image three patients around the world, every second.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Sales within a geographic territory responsible for selling products and delivering value into Cardiology Imaging space
Developing marketing strategies and the tactical solutions for the responsible segments / brands by smartly applying segmentation, targeting and positioning
Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Prioritizing customer segment and product portfolio for driving business growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or above in clinical, radiology or medical imaging related major
3+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field selling into the hospital setting
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
High proficiency in English to support global communication
Desired Characteristics
Proven performance track record
Medical imaging product / industry acumen
MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field
Cardiology Modality Sales Experience
Imaging Modality Sales Experience
Knowledge of Interventional and Cardiac Imaging
