General Electric Assistant Product Sales Specialist in Irvine, California

Job Description Summary

As the Assistant Product Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving daily field sales operations efficiency and accuracy by providing equipment quotes, sales support and product expertise. We are in growth mode and have multiple opportunities to support LCS field sales efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Engage with accounts as assigned

  • Partner and support the field sales team with quoting and sales support as needed

  • Work with multiple stakeholders and across all functional teams to meet customer deadlines and expectations

  • Drive continuous improvement on all related sales processes to ensure standardization and simplification

  • Enable team culture and drive organization to improve customer / client satisfaction levels and responsiveness

  • Reduce cycle time by leveraging Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to track customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share, and to prioritize

Required Qualifications

  • College degree OR High School diploma / GED and 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service or field support

  • Demonstrated experience working under pressure against tight deadlines, with accuracy

  • Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service

  • Ability to meet customer site access requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination
