Roles and Responsibilities

  • Excellent negotiation skills, experience in the function of sourcing on MRO, Facility, service contracts.

  • Define supplier and negotiations strategy by commodity to meet local business needs.

  • Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers focus on long term agreement.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions and payment terms according to global targets.

  • Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, claims, etc.

  • Working cross-functionally inside renewable indirect souring LATAM team to leverage sourcing initiative.

  • Lead and drive cross-strategy of a specific commodity inside of Renewable Energy LATAM.

  • Understand strategies for assigned commodities & proactively drive initiatives to meet Sourcing objectives.

  • Support commodity managers buyers team.

  • Develop and maintain commodity sourcing team operating rhythm for key deliverables such as equipment cost, fulfillment and supplier performance.

  • Signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from business administration, economy, accounting or engineering.

  • Solid experience in Sourcing.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Office Intermediate plus excel advanced.

  • Excellent negotiation skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.

  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.

  • Teamwork, resilient and open to changes.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Excellent problem solving skills.

  • Ability in ERP (SAP / Oracle).
