Ramp up Implementation of New Moulds.
Mould Maintenance Coordinator, basically surface treatment.
New Technologies implementation.
Technical Leadership of implementations.
Define and control timeline of projects.
Experience with WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
Validate design specifications., lay out and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
Includes Manufacturing Engineers.
Plans routine activities for the projects.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
Graduation preferably in Engineering ( Mechanical, Electrical or similar related to dedicated engineering) or large experience in project management.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently.
Strong problem solving skills.
Strong project management including multi functional employees and teams dedicated to the projects.
Capacity to understand in a practical way the production process including tooling and equipment.
Post graduate in project management.
