Delivery of software solutions in Energy Market and Electrical Grid areas. Support implementation of optimization-based applications for Energy Market systems.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities –
Leading end-to-end software development of Grid analysis and optimization application.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of identified issues during system validation and when the system is live.
Unit and regression test implementation.
Test automation support.
Ensure that quality assurance standards and procedures are followed in all aspects of the implementation (documentation, Git update).
Qualifications/Requirements –
5+ years of experience in C++ programming with good knowledge in optimization domain – PhD or Master’s degree.
Programming skills in Python and Java are desired.
Good knowledge in micro services application (Docker) and API implementation (REST, SOAP…)
Good experience in CI/CD processes.
Experience with Scrum and Kanban.
Good knowledge on mathematical modeling principles of optimization problems (LP, MIP, QP).
Knowledge in Power Systems applications for Electrical Network management strongly appreciated.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory).
