Job Description Summary
The Market Operations Leader is a strategic business partner to the region, providing horizontal market analytics across the various product lines, including account maintenance and ad-hoc operational tasks for the Field.

Conduct analysis to support strategy to sustain/improve Region market share and visibility. Present analysis and results quarterly. Collaborate with Market Vice President and Region Business Leaders to develop strategy from analysis.
Provide strategic insights based on analysis to improve Region and Market performance. Coordinate with commercial leadership through forecasting reports, sales funnel reviews, monthly performance reviews, Customer Experience management and Account Executive Operating Plan analysis and strategy.
Develop dashboards to consistently report orders and sales against prior year/forecasted estimate/operating plan.
Manage commercial deployment through reporting, return-on-investment calculators, account coverage models.
Partner with Account Executives to ensure account coverage is accurately reporting order and sales volume. Continuously introduce digital tools and dashboards to Account Executives.
Audit variable compensation alignment and adjust Account Executive operating plans and coverage pay policies. Act as the liaison between the Variable Compensation Analysts and Account Executives with compensation related inquiries.
Quarterly Unassigned Volume Reporting - Provide AEs with list of unassigned accounts with volume to ensure they receive credit prior to VC runs
The Market Operations Leader works closely with the following internal stakeholders:
Regional Commercial Modality Leaders
Regional Presidents, Market VPs and Regional Modality Leaders
Regional Account Executives and Sales
Regional Variable Compensation team
Regional Finance team
Additionally, the Market Operations Leader works with the national account team, accounts receivable team, and other commercially-relevant stakeholders who require region-specific support.
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain or financial analyst role.
Proficiency in Excel.
Strong Analytical skills.
Proficiency in data analysis presentation.
Work time flexibility during quarter and year end.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute on strategy.
