General Electric Senior Staff Customer Reliability Engineer (multiple positions) in Houston, Texas

Essential Responsibilities:GE Digital Holdings LLC seeks Sr. Staff Customer Reliability Engineer (multiple positions) to Manage and support the Predix application cloud platform and Asset Performance Management (APM) for digital organization. Define and lead industrial transformation for manufacturing customers. Present analysis and recommendations to drive strategic decisions. Manage customer expectations and satisfaction for assigned customer accounts. Integrate and prepare field agents for the Predix platform and provide APM licenses to company’s customers. Oversee production and quality control to fulfill customer orders. Lead the entire software fulfillment environment including order validations and inspection. Responsible for the configuration process, from raw material to final quality control of the unit and for maintaining fulfillment servers for whole configuration perspective. Implement continuous integration and manage the integration of new software projects and products into the build environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) and 10 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience. Position also requires 10 years of experience functionally implementing or optimizing Asset Performance Management software applications (APM); 10 years of experience with American Petroleum Institute standards and methodology (specifically API 580 and 581); and 5 years of experience in the Mechanical Integrity field as an Inspector, Analyst or Engineer.
