This is a Global position, requiring close connection to all OFS product lines and geomarkets this position will lead the strategy and work directly with the product lines to deliver and implement a go forward strategy. Working across the product lines to remove redundancies in software, projects, analysis and ensuring digital pieces in the “vertical” are made available across the “horizontal” Be a part of the team engaging in strategic partnerships (e.g.: Paradigm Geolog, other vendors, etc.) Take ownership of some of the “horizontal” initiatives Develop the commercial strategy Propose to lead or be in engaged in all key GPE digital initiatives including, Argos, JewelSuite Viewer, Reservoir/Business Intelligence initiatives. Set up a global GPE digital network for knowledge sharing, idea generation, and implementation.
Strategic oversight and direction of OFS Operations.
Financial responsibility over all operational expenses.
Drives efficiencies and creates operational service synergies across OFS.
Demonstrated visible HS&E leadership leading to increased employee ownership of HS&E performance.
May technically interface with key customers to understand their challenges and align business.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
12+ years’ experience in field and operations.
Extensive P&L responsibility.
Proven ability to outline necessary growth targets and drive results.
Extensive experience across OFS and geographies.
5+ years of direct experience managing people and demonstrated ability to develop talent.
Proven ability to build relationships, engage key stakeholders, and deliver successful projects.
Advanced written and verbal skills.
Must be action-oriented and customer-focused with a drive for results.
Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and work in a collaborative, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
