Job Description Summary
As an Inside Sale Manager, you’ll support the Imaging, Ultrasound and Service Inside Sales teams for the South Central. The Inside Sales Manager position will report directly to the Inside and Indirect Sales GM of U.S. & Canada. This leader will manage a team of direct reports responsible for growing sales of products and services to Inside Sales customer segments while also providing transactional sales support to the broader market.
Achieve annual sales pricing, orders and sales targets within assigned customer accounts and via transactional support for designated product and/or services categories through outbound and inbound call activities.
Hire, coach and mentor front line sales channels to focus on leading indicators and maximizing sales output.
Prioritize customer engaged selling time to prospect, build and maintain balanced sales funnels.
Ensure focus on Inside Sales best practices, Lean processes and standard work by leveraging CRM and other sales tools.
Front line sales within this team will own end to end sales process for assigned customers including prospecting, qualifying, quoting, negotiating and closing new sales opportunities. This team will also provide back end transactional (quoting, negotiating and closing) support to customers in the broader market.
Collaborate cross functionally with commercial excellence, marketing, sales leadership, finance and purchasing to monitor and manage performance.
Position is located remotely from within the South Central region.
5+ years’ experience in Sales and/or Services leadership roles for a large business
Experience with digital commercial tools i.e. Salesforce, Siebel, etc.
Prior experience leading a GE Healthcare Sales team
