Baker Hughes, a GE company has an opening for a Lead Assembly, Repair, Maintenance, and Overhaul analyst in Houston, TX.
Leads processes to achieve the desired quality, safety, efficiency and reliability levels. Provides support to AMO operation groups by assisting with support programs and corrective action plans where needed
Works closely with AMO teams and internal customers to enhance and maintain standards
Provides support for system enhancement implementations which consist of testing, training and deployment
Provides data solutions support to determine root causes based on key indicators and assist with corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement in AMO processes and procedures
Manage AMO digital advancement projects to transform workshops with visual tools and drive efficiency improvements
Responsible for developing business requirements to support project justifications
Handles special projects, as assigned
High School Diploma or GED.
5+ years of experience directly supporting AMO, Manufacturing or Reliability Engineering.
Excellent analytical, verbal, presentation and writing skills.
Knowledge of specific products, AMO processes and tools to support the AMO organization.
Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Equivalent.
Excellent project management skills
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
Experience utilizing SAP
Experience utilizing Digital Apps/Platforms
