As a Ultrasound Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers in Poland and Baltic Countries, in public and private sector. As the responsible Sales Manager, you will develop and drive the short- and long-term sales strategy for Ultrasound portfolio.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Within the region of Poland and Baltics, you are responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects.

  • Requires specialized knowledge across Ultrasound product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups.

  • Requires strong commercial awareness and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources.

  • Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.

  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers.

  • Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers.

  • Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations.

  • Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

  • Manages a small to medium team of senior professionals as well as others.

  • May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

  • Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics.

  • May guide others to consider a different point of view.

Required Qualifications

  • You have experience in Healthcare business.

  • You have experience in Ultrasound technology, uses and very appreciated to be able to perform clinical presentations, are able to understand products’ potential and adaptation on the specific market.

  • You have experience in team management, with strong emotional intelligence and empathy levels. Able to drive change and unify the team towards digital transformation and new approaches in Sales management.

  • You have experience and good relationship with private and public market in Healthcare in Poland and Baltics. Knowledge of KOLs and penetration in key accounts (Public and Private)

  • You have experience in managing the P&L budget, Sales, Orders, Margin, Inventory and Cash targets and other financial business data.
