We are looking for a Staff Application Operations Engineer to join this growing team! This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining critical applications and related data processing platforms and services. The individual will own and is accountable for application and platform SLA's against operational commitments. The role will also own application security & compliance, ensuring application & data integrity.
The ERP Fusion Cloud – Supply Chain (SCM), Source 2 Pay (S2P), Subscription Management (SM) operations expert will provide solutions and resolving support issues with Oracle Cloud ERP. This role will report directly to operations lead for SCM, S2P & SM workstream of Cloud ERP. The individual will work closely with Product owners for introducing new functionalities and enhancements to existing footprint. This role supports day to day operations in Order Management, Inventory Management, Costing, PIM, Direct/indirect Procurement & Subscription Management for all Legal entities in our global footprint. This role will partner with the business teams, IT teams and our vendors to plan, design, execute, test, document and provide operational support for all Items offered as part of the ERP SAAS offering and SFDC/CPQ quoting.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage day to day issues in Supply Chain (SCM), Source 2 Pay (S2P), Subscription Management (SM) workstreams, which includes following products - Order Management, Inventory Management, Costing, Procurement, PIM (product information management) & Subscription Management
Design and implement solutions for Digital Fusion Application to drive simplification and standardization, while delivering productivity
Manage daily activities, regular communication, ensuring quality of deliverables and adherence to compliance standards
Be a contributing team member of the larger support team and assume accountability and responsibility for managing operational issues in Fusion cloud.
Work closely with ERP leads, Product managers, third party vendors and business users to understand specific functionalities and business reporting needs
Translate the reporting requirements into tactical components including Architecture, Processes and Procedures to deliver and maintain the solution
Work with a team of Oracle functional and technical experts for support and maintenance of Digital Fusion Application
Work with business and IT staff to thoroughly test all fixes and configuration changes. Document changes and manage deployment process into production
Handle escalations during period close cycle while prioritizing defects during non-period close cycle
Partner with finance controllers/tax/operations/commercial users to evaluate and improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions
Work with Vendor partners to analyze new solutions to existing issues and make system perform better
Contribute to the operational procedure library (SOP) and project lifecycle documentation
Conduct regular scheduled meetings with business users to determine existing and new Product/capabilities requirements, prioritize requirements, build testing and validation plans and execute through delivery and business sign-off
Interface with vendors and designated partners to train business users on newly implemented Products across commercial systems.
Extract data from Cloud ERP and map to other source systems, destination systems and transformation processes for all company’s related data
Work with global teams to learn Products and deliver based on country specific Taxation needs
Individual contributor having an ability to assess requirements, analyze and configure the application
Work with Oracle for the support related issues logging service request. Monitor service request to ensure timely resolution. Escalate and conduct OWCs to obtain a timely resolution while negotiating a workaround with Oracle.
Track and communicate any service request which gets converted to Enhancement request.
Analyze capabilities/functionalities offered by Oracle in every release, ensuring that any new capability is not impacting existing working functionality.
Propose new features/functionality available in next release to Business team.
Work closely with regression testing team to test every new quarterly release
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and/ or Finance.
8+ year’s work experience with focus in Oracle On-Prem ERP’s and Fusion Cloud ERP
4+ years of experience with Fusion ERP’s Supply Chain (SCM) & Source 2 Pay (S2P)
1+ years of experience in Subscription Management (SM)
Experience with Fusion Upgrades and preparing for each successful upgrade
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English & Spanish
A solid understanding of Oracle SAAS offering in all Functional areas with focus on Supply Chain (SCM), Source 2 Pay (S2P), Subscription Management (SM)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience with transforming user requests into technical and functional specifications
The ability to manage multiple priorities and project tasks simultaneously
