The role is responsible for selling GE Healthcare products and services in their defined market. Managing the long-term success of GE’s relationship with a set of key accounts to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE Healthcare. Drive orders and sales growth. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales, orders and margin targets for GE Healthcare sales

  • Analyze market to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all Healthcare products & services. Drive sales execution with direct and indirect team.

  • Lead and leverage the entire Commercial Team across sales and service to provide the necessary technical, clinical and business content to customers as needed

  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business of the assigned accounts, including customers’ key initiatives and priorities, and keep GE Healthcare Commercial leaders informed and appropriately involved

  • Develop & implement Go–to-Market plans to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts. Grow GE’s share of customer investments in capital and operational expenditures.

  • Establish and enhance relationships at CXO level with public and private account through responsive resolution of issues and addressing customer needs by integrating all appropriate GE Healthcare resources. Build long term strategic alliance with the portfolio of accounts to continue to add value.

  • Stay current on knowledge of healthcare market dynamics and trends

  • Identify unique synergies/opportunities that benefit both the customer and GE Healthcare’s business objectives.

  • Effectively communicate progress updates to GE and customer leadership on a monthly/quarterly basis.

  • Actively identify & drive all Healthcare products selling opportunities for key customers across regions.

  • Understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities.

  • Required Qualifications :

  • 10+ years experience Sales or Marketing in Healthcare market or equivalent

  • 5+ years experience in Business Management or Sales / Marketing OR equivalent years of experience progressive leadership

  • Experience closing large, complex, strategic deals.

  • Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development.

  • Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills.

  • Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.

  • High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.

  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team

  • Desired Characteristics:

  • Proven account management and project planning skills

  • Good leadership and team coaching skills

  • Direct or indirect management experience, preferably in a large company with a matrixed environment

  • Knowledge or experience with Healthcare product portfolio

  • Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization. Act as inspirational leader with optimism, highly approachable and humble.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward thinking and customer-first attitude.
