Job Description Summary

In this strategic Sales position, the Smart Connected Solutions (VNA, C360, Applied Intelligence and Enterprise Archive). The Sales Lead will be responsible for identifying new SCS solution sales opportunities for new accounts and existing (80/40), develop long term strategic partnerships, to meet customer strategic objectives, engagement at all levels from C-level to departmental level, meeting time deadlines for customer accounts among other responsibilities.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Develop a solution selling framework for GE business — tailor deal lifecycle, enablement deliverables, required resources, technology support, maturity model, sales methodology

  • Establish a deep understanding of customers’ business needs by creating value to customers for our solution footprint and developing top strategic account plans

  • Develop and drive a sustainable commercial and solution strategy across multiple customer divisions and geographic ares and work with our modality business.

  • Actively grow and maintain a multi-year strategic account plan that will be shared globally with parts of our business including Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Professional Services, and the Development teams to ensure coordination across the business

  • Leverage the “Big GE” by coordinating across multiple GE divisions to solve customer challenges and enhance value and loyalty through the introduction of GE Corporate programs. (e.g. Industrial Internet, Minds + Machines)

  • Formulates the winning proposals based on a cohesive strategy that leverages deep knowledge of industry, customer and GE product

Qualifications/Requirements :

  • Ability to manage long term strategic deals of £10m+ with multiple stake holders internally/externally, whilst delivering transitional business to meet annual target

  • Must have consultant led approach to sales (consultant sales background highly desirable),

  • Ability to write technical/clinical business cases (articulated in the NHS quadruple aim)

  • Must be able to prioritise work whilst maintaining customer interest on long term projects.

  • Ability to think like all customer stake holders and improve adoption and acceptance to value proposals.

Minimum requirements

  • Must understand digital use of data and be IT literate

  • Must be new sales focused

  • Must be able to demonstrate sales cycle and understand business case planning.
