Job Description Summary
In this strategic commercial position, the Segment Leader will be responsible for Edison Datalogue and PIA product line, establishing a trusted partnership with both our external customers and internal teams.
You will collaborate with internal corporate development teams, pre-sales technical teams and commercial sales teams in the business unit they are supporting to help drive sales of our platform.
You will be a strong voice for our customers, helping ensure our solutions continue to meet our customer’s needs.
Establish a deep understanding of our customers’ business and product needs.
Create a “trusted resource” relationship with our customer’s stakeholders and internal teammates.
Work together with global Product Management to establish roadmap priorities based on feedback from the regions.
Maintain catalogue items for Edison Datalogue and PIA product family.
Provide product and commercial sessions to Sales representatives and customers including demonstrations.
Share responsibility for the OP of Edison Datalogue and PIA Sales in Europe.
Work together with Solutions Architect team to review Sales opportunities and make necessary adjustments to roadmap according to customer requests.
Establish a network with the rest of Segment Leaders to create a global strategy for GE Healthcare Digital portfolio
Manage escalations and cases for Edison Datalogue related to feature requests or product defects.
Review Sales opportunities in SFDC and discuss with Sales representatives.
Analyse Sales opportunities lost and provide feedback to global Product Management.
Participate in deal reviews when required.
Shape, drive and be held accountable for delivering significant strategic initiatives across broad scope/platform(s) in liaison with key stakeholders
Maintain the highest possible personal standards and ethics
Bachelor's Degree in business, science, engineering, technology, “STEM” majors or related disciplines,
Significant experience in marketing / commercial role, driving go to market product strategies in the healthcare digital market.
Experience influencing and motivating sales/marketing teams,
Demonstrated experience of providing services or product to the customer persona they will be responsible for,
Understanding of clinical workflows in radiology
Experience in Healthcare IT technologies, either Imaging (PACS, RIS,..) or clinical systems (EMR,EHR,..), standards (IHE profiles, DICOM, HL7..), workflows and global healthcare environment,
Excellent verbal, presentation and written communications skills.
MBA or Master’s degree
10 years’ experience in corresponding applicable healthcare user roles where the product they represent aligns with their prior user experience.
Experience with customer interaction, marketing and sales,
Healthcare product/industry acumen, knowledge of products within a product category,
Strong analytical and process skills, as well as strong influencing skills across business functions; confidence to share difficult messages and defend decisions and make judgment calls,
Team oriented – demonstrated ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
