General Electric Ergonomics Internship in Home/Remote/Alternate, Finland
Job Description Summary
As a Ergonomics intern, you’ll work closely with the EMEA Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Director, with the primary focus to support the EHS department in the development and growth of the Ergonomics program and safety culture. You will get opportunity to develop and lead specific project(s). We hope you enjoy to collaborate, identify and solve problems, and communicate within the wider regional team.
This is 1-2 year of internship where you can work part- or full time.

Developing ergonomics heat map by performing risk assessment of service activities to assess main contributor factor with focus on fatigue, muscle solicitation, and determining body recovery time, field solution and providing design input
Supporting Working From Home (WFM) policies by identifying home solution for improving employees WFH condition
Participating to the development of ergonomics projects
Working closely with the Medical Doctor to improve Mental Health program
Developing awareness and education campaign for employees
Other technical and general duties as required and requested in support of the site EHS department.
Qualifications and experience
Currently pursuing Bachelor s Degree or recently graduated in Ergonomics or related studies
Good technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem solving
EU work permit
Ability to communicate effectively
Well-practiced organizational skills and ability to plan and meet deadlines.
