Job Description

The Clinical Solutions Leader will identify business opportunities, understand customer needs, tailor value propositions, lead commercial deals. They will work closely with the Zone General Managers and his team of account managers, Commercial, Marketing, Financing and GE Global Teams. They will have a clear understanding of Oncology pathways and will demonstrate the proven ability to build strong relationships with key customers at the strategic level.

The role will be located on the Southern European and/or Eastern European region and operate in this priority market, but the person will also act as a Subject Matter Expert on Oncology and be involved in commercial opportunities in EMEA.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Continuously refine GEHC value proposition in Oncology and for specific pathways

  • Drive, together with the local commercial teams, complex projects related to clinical pathways and enterprise solutions from inception to post-deal closure.

  • Operationalize GEHC care-area focused propositions such that they are leading to defined commercial and strategic proof of concept success within the region.

  • Act as subject matter expert for specific Oncology pathways in EMEA

  • Develop and maintain relationships at executive level.

  • Develop innovative models of excellent execution and create show-sites to demonstrate the value of GE partnership and solutions, and within those accounts assure smooth execution and delivery of high-risk strategic projects.

  • Support the development and oversee delivery of digital, consulting and financial capabilities in solutions related deals.

  • Act as a senior advisor and coach at different levels in customer organizations. Help customers scope the nature of specific problems they are facing, and architect relevant solution approaches leveraging the entire GEHC portfolio as required.

  • Prepare and deliver clear and insightful executive-level presentations internally and externally.

  • Lead and manage local Solutions dedicated resources as needed to deliver success.


  • Educated to at least master’s degree or equivalent. Ideally from a life science/clinical background

  • Understanding of and experience with developing clinical care solutions (Oncology, Cardiology…etc).

  • Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate diverse and complex teams. An inclusive leader who builds a connection to the workforce through personal involvement and trust.

  • Experience in managing teams and business in different part of local market and EMEA region with strong understanding of the cultural and market dynamics.

  • Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
