Job Description Summary
The Delivery Specialist will be responsible for delivery of process optimization and pathway redesign engagements directly with GE Healthcare clients. You will be the key point of contact for ‘on the ground’ change management and improvement implementation with a wide variety of client staff. You will also work very closely with the wider GE Healthcare modalities/teams delivering the overall solution to optimize and expedite value for our customers across EMEA.

Deliver performance improvements over and above the equipment,
Deploy process improvement, pathway design and change management tools and methodology as required to meet / exceed client expectations,
Contribute to the development of standard ways of working that can be applied to multiple engagements by team members, applicable to multiple markets across EMEA,
Enable client relationship development towards life time partnerships,
Develop and grow relationships with GE Healthcare clients to build our reputation as a trusted advisor and high quality partner,
Develop and grow relationships with the wider GE Healthcare modalities to enable a OneGE approach to the client,
Support the development of value propositions for performance optimization and pathway delivery,
Work with the wider Partnerships & Solutions team to develop value propositions. Support in pre-sales and sales activities to ensure business volume growth in alignment with CP&ES teams targets.
Required Skills / Experience
Demonstrated experience in Change Management tools,
Demonstrated experience in Process Improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, ToC etc..),
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills,
Strong written and oral communication skills,
Ability to create impactful client facing communications and presentations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Power Point),
Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations,
Ability to adjust work and communication style based on situational needs,
Language skills – English essential (Business level) plus at least one other. Preference European (Spanish, German, Italian, Eastern Europe) and Arabic
Mobility essential across EMEA region.
Bachelor’s degree and experience in performance improvement, preferably in a healthcare setting, delivering projects with outcome focused deliverables,
Basic awareness and understanding of the Healthcare industry and major trends in the geography in which client projects are delivered,
Demonstrated data mining and analytical skills,
Demonstrate an aptitude for critical thinking to included evaluation of ideas.
