General Electric Regional Sales Director, Interventional in Home/Remote/Alternate, Colorado

As the Regional Sales Director, you will create a winning culture by harnessing the power of a team of sales representatives responsible for driving the sales strategy for the Interventional business in the Western region, which consists of 13 states.

Job Description


  • Serve as a sales liaison between GE Healthcare and external sales agency; leveraging both the direct team and indirect & functional resources to achieve goals.

  • Leverage deep Interventional expertise and business acumen to bring value to sales agency efforts and set the bar high in terms of what excellent customer interactions look like.​

  • Drive operating plan targets and performance standards for the market.

  • Developing meaningful customer relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the market.

  • Forecasting quarterly orders & revenue and meeting operating targets.

  • Drive business initiatives within sales agencies such as Installed Base focus, outpatient market growth, etc.

  • Utilize sales tools (i.e. to gain insights and pivot business strategies as needed.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and ensuringthe team achieves a high degree of customer satisfaction through timely resolution of customer issues.

  • Provide oversight on pricing & negotiation strategies for the market

  • Monitor competition, economic indicators, industry, and market trends to develop sales strategies that enable the team to win and more effectively position solutions for customers.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of commercial experience with capital equipment or medical devices in the hospital/healthcare setting (preferably in the Interventional space)

  • Experience leading and influencing teams

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory

  • Must live within the territory (WA, MT, OR, ID, WY, CA, NV, UT, CO, NM, AZ, OK, TX)
