Job Description Summary
In this key Service Engineering role covering the German speaking part of Switzerland you are responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring Customer Satisfaction and maintaining mainly MRT equipment modalities in your assigned area.

Your office location is homebased in the expanded Area of Zürich.
You will provide technical service and maintenance mainly for MR modalities in the assigned area, which is German speaking Switzerland. The geographic area of responsibility may also be stretched to other areas occasionally
As a technical expert you will perform total system level trouble-shooting on complex multi-symptom problems
You will be the daily interface with doctors, MTRA’s and technicians on equipment status issues, to ensure satisfaction of primary customers
You will assist in Account Sales visits, help train others where necessary, and identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the account team
You responsibly complete all administration tasks on time (e.g., ensure timely completion of FMI’s and PMS inspections documentation for assigned accounts)
You have a graduation as an engineer, state-approved medical technician or a comparable technical education
You bring a proven Field Services experience, ideally in MRI
You have a well-established experience in medical technology, especially in MRI
You have very good IT and network skills
You bring technical, analytical and problem solving skills
You speak German fluently and have solid skills in English in written and spoken
