General Electric Sales Manager Contrast Diagnostics in Helsinki, Finland

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Manger to be responsible of driving GE Healthcare Life Sciences Pharmaceutical diagnostics sales objectives and initiatives consumables business in Finland. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of the products and understands what motivates customers and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Determine sales-profit plans by implementing marketing & sales field strategies; analyzing trends and results

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing quarterly sales quotas for Finnish territories in XRAY and MRI market

  • Leverage sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by organizing educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks

  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales agents as they generate leads and close new deals

  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them

  • Contributes & owns contrast & Finland’s sales plan success

  • Stay eager for continuous learning about new practices of our diagnostics in the real-world clinical settings

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and/or relevant extensive work experience in sales in pharmaceuticals or medical devices

  • Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays

  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products

  • Fluent in Finnish and with good knowledge of both written and spoken English, knowledge of Swedish language is an advantage

  • Valid driving license

  • EU work permit
