Job Description Summary
We are looking for ultrasound usability and user-experience leader responsible on all usability activities- planning, performing formative and summative testing, user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into system definitions and prototypes. You will also design the overall ultrasound system functionality and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience.

Responsibilities
Translate concepts into mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate with clinical application engineers to define new features UX, workflow and graphical design.
Interact with end users to determine specifications for new system UX.
Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories and mockups for the different system interfaces
Define system behavior and provide detailed requirements specification documents
Lead usability testing activities- define plans, protocols, procedures, and analyze results
Identify design problems and devise creative solutions
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core ultrasound system behavior, as well as new functions and features
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of UX experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in defining complex system behavior.
Experience in the medical devices industry- advantage
A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, usability, and accessibility concerns.
Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to engineering team.
A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Well organized, excellent communication skills.
Team player.
Languages- Hebrew & English- high level- speaking, reading, writing.
High learning skills.
