Job Description Summary
Lead the cross functional team to deliver on all program(s) deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

Leads cross-functional and/or multi-disciplinary program planning, drives the team to generate trade-offs and identify and manage risks from the early planning phase, throughout the entire program execution.
Overall responsibility for program success providing engineering innovation within time and budgetary constraints to continuously deliver products with directly supporting the overall business strategy
Creates and ensures effective and efficient communication across business functions;
Applies leadership to motivate and energize the variety of cross-functional teams consisting the program.
Works closely and transparently with Product Leadership and Business Leadership to align program with market dynamics and drive program direction
Lead cross functional program team to deliver results, understands and openly supports all functional goals
Able to provide simple solutions to complex problems - leads the strategic and forward-thinking program execution including (but not limited to) concept discussion, program execution, rollout, training, pilot trials, clinical evaluations until successful deployment to serial production.
Works with customers to solicit input and feedback to meet product goals
Provides expert guidance and support to the program organization in various technical/functional aspects
Communicate clearly about projects, risks, and accomplishments on behalf of the team
1.Bachelors Degree within appropriate Engineering/Science discipline with at least 2 years of cross-functional Project and/ or Technical Leadership experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or project leadership of multi-disciplinary systems within a development, technical industry, manufacturing and/or research environment
Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget CTQ’s
Demonstrated engineering knowledge, program management, and business planning processes, having experience with the full product lifecycle from concept through end of life
Experience leading teams of direct reports (not part of the initial scope of this role, but a potential in the future)
Desired Characteristics :
- Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent

Sound technical and domain experience in at least one functional technology area
Demonstrated experience on global product releases throughout the entire NPI cycle
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent knowledge in engineering, program management and business planning processes having experience with the full

Demonstrated problem solving ability and results orientation
Experience in Agile environments
