In this role, you will be responsible for executing on one or more HR & Benefits process(s). Develop an understanding of HR & Benefits systems, processes, and legislative rules. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. Promote “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the quality delivery of multiple HR & Benefit processes and service to the businesses. Manages queries from employees, managers and HRM’s in a timely, and professional manner. Scope includes:

  • Administration of Pension schemes choices made by employees, Align with the pension vendor to implement changes.

  • Own the Time & Attendance system operation (Hilanet) including user support, month end completeness checks & validations, alignment with vendor, employee absences controls.

  • Guide leavers on end of employment process

  • Provide professional support to employees on Leave of absence and employees on Maternity leave.

  • Manage employee related documentation in appropriate and controlled manner

  • Support and teach employees, people leaders and HR Managers how to use standard HR communication channels (workday & internal OneHR site) with ticketing, chat and information solutions.

  • Consistently follow defined HR processes, challenging steps that may not make sense / add value.

  • Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with defined HR processes, relevant legal and GE policy requirements

  • Resolve issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures.


  • 2-3 years experience in Human Resources & Benefits Service Delivery.

  • Experience in a multinational company, understanding of key business drivers, complex interfaces and integrations with other teams.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Strong IT skills including Excel, Word; Outlook, fluent computer usage.

  • Experience in Workday & Hilanet an advantage.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
