General Electric IGS Clinical Marketing Application Specialist in GuangDong, China
Role Summary:Clinical Marketing Application Specialist/Leader provides formal clinical application training for IGS key account customers, and classroom training and remote application support for IGS installation base within warranty. Responsibility includes developing new function of IGS products, creating and leading clinical cooperation project, building good KOL relationships and training expert speakers, providing pre-sale technical support and marketing promotion for sales opportunity.
Essential Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the clinical application training, clinical application support, clinical project cooperation and innovative application of clinical solutions and results presentation of IGS products in designated regional key account hospitals.
Responsible for building Show Site hospital, product inspection activities and organizing related marketing activities. Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuous education on optimization of equipment uses.
Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training.
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies. Cooperate with the product marketing team to provide training on products and clinical solutions to and sales and agents, strengthen sales product knowledge.
Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs. Collect wonderful clinical cases, and make a complete case report PPT, and convert them into good product and solution promotion materials.
Qualifications/Requirements:1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, majored in Medical and Interventional Imaging Medicine preferred
Product and market background in the field of radiological imaging equipment preferred
Minimum 5 years of related experience
Required active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinical setting
Demonstrated current basic clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms
Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office
Good communication skills and influence
Good English communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively
