General Electric Project Fulfillment Leader in Greenwood Village, Colorado

Role Summary:

The role of the Project Fulfillment Leader is to to ensure full procurement ownership and accountability, manage the progress on project supply chain action plan to ensure on time delivery, quality, cost and contractual compliance for Direct Material by working closely with Commodity Fulfillment leader, Master Planner and Sourcing team.

Essential Responsibilities:

As the Project Fulfillment Leader, you will:

  • Ensure hand-over with ITO phase inputs (Budget)

  • Participate actively as Supply Chain representative in the Project R&O session

  • Consolidate working sessions for aligning all functions on project in taking into account supply strategic action plan

  • PO Management, shipment, day to day activities respecting the project planning and all milestones and targets for project

  • Lead & Consolidate information for project review and ensure the consistency of the root cause of margin movement

  • Interact with planning to regularly update key date and ensure that actions are deployed to secure OTD and cash management

  • Lead & Consolidate Project Budget for the total cost of direct material

  • Ensure best compliance

  • Review risks and opportunities of the project and take actions that benefit overall performance of the project

  • Assume full responsibility for the delivery of the allocated project scope

  • Report on time deviation from scheme

  • Ensure cost overrun are reported and FOE cascaded to tender team


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior role or coordination in sourcing, procurement or supply chain in project related context

  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

  • Experience in total cost management and project risk management

  • Ability to work effectively across functions and manage in a Global matrix environment

  • Working technical knowledge of Hydro

  • Clear thinker with ability to develop, communicate, and deliver clear strategy and action plans
