Job Description Summary
Product Development, Engineering, & Sourcing play a critical role in the execution of Onshore Wind Strategy. In this context, talent has to be managed strategically and tightly. As a Senior Organization & Talent Development Leader, you will lead the talent agenda and drive in depth Competency work. The role will give you the opportunity to develop your strategic thinking in the talent space, to deepen your understanding of these critical functions. The role can be based globally and reports to the Global HRBP of Onshore Wind Product Development, Engineering, & Sourcing. Secondarily, the role may include a Global HRBP element if capacity allows.
Develop talent management operating structure and facilitate across a large global team of product development, sourcing, and engineering leaders
Develop strategy for succession planning deeper in the organization and drive engagement with leaders throughout the organization
Partner with the Senior Leaders and HRBP on the functions Inclusion & Diversity plans. Integrate into talent review
Lead the business’ Critical to Value initiative, develop a segmented talent management approach for the most critical roles, and roll it out
Build a wing-to-wing competency management approach that includes the design of the relevant competency model, the roll-out across the teams and the strategic definition of Development planning
The definition of a global Early-in/campus Strategy for the function
Partner with HRBP on strategic workforce planning and related initiatives
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with a strong Talent focus
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects on a global scale with structure and rigor balance sense of details and simplification
Ability to interact and influence Senior stakeholders
Demonstrated experience successfully developing & implementing talent priorities such as career paths, competencies, individual development plans, etc.
Prior HR Generalist and/or HR project leadership
Minimum of 5 years experience working with global teams
Strategic thinking/capacity to develop innovative talent initiatives
Clear thinker - able to simplify complex information and communicate in a clear, concise manner
Absolute confidentiality and integrity

Strong oral and written English communication skills
Prior experience with engineering, product development, and/or sourcing client group
