Roles and Responsibilities
Site/region strategy and execution of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities.
Own P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls (Physical inventory, Revaluations, standards, variances, etc.), product fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, etc.
Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
Serves as best practice/quality resource.
Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area.
Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance and supply chain/operations
Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing plant finance and operations
Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change, provides data driven insights
Clear thinking/problem solving successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions involving process improvements; able to quickly grasp new ideas
