Role Summary:

The Sr Staff Technical Product Manager, on the Digital Technologies Human Resources (HR) Applications Team, leverages deep knowledge of Time and Attendance technology, process and domain expertise to create and deliver the strategic road map of Time and Attendance capabilities and geographic coverage. Builds relationships with various customer stakeholders and executives. Collaborates functional owners(s), project technical team(s), project managers within program and interdependencies teams

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Sr Staff Technical Product Manager, you will:

  • Be accountable for successful deployment offoundational Time & Attendance systems, including Kronos Workforce Central.Further, you will share responsibility for integrations with other HR digitalecosystem solutions

  • Own development & execution of producttechnology & functional capability roadmaps, including migration of keydata to BHGE Time & Attendance instances

  • Demonstrate product leadership acumen whileidentifying areas for process re-engineering and transformation

  • Work with functional process owners, regionalsubject matter experts, and a systems implementation partner to redesignbusiness processes that are more digital, and improve employee experienceglobally

  • Lead prioritization discussions for businessrequirements, approve future state design/configurations and ensure successfulimplementation through the product lifecycle

  • Leadcross functional teams and partners to create, design and implement globaldesign standards for solutions related to Time & Attendance

  • Engageand collaborate closely with the BHGE Workday platform leadership, globalteams, functional stakeholders and other DT technology groups in design,acceptance and implementation of solutions for Time & Attendance

  • Ownproject planning & resource allocation to ensure effective delivery

  • Identify keyperformance indicators, set milestones, and establish a reporting cadence

  • Managerisk and dependencies between projects & align with standard DT operatingmechanisms.

  • As adomain expert for your Time & Attendance, you will engage customers atmid-level management and technical levels to develop/refine portfolio strategy,influence customer & industry direction and execute strategy

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree inInformation Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, orEngineering or 4 years of IT technical experience

  • Minimum 15 years of ITprofessional experience

  • Minimum 10 years ofprofessional experience in Time Management including leadingcross-functional initiatives and/or large global projects

Desired Characteristics:

  • The successful candidatewill have significant functional knowledge of HR as well as significanttechnical knowledge of a core set of Digital Technologies used by HR (examples include Workday, SAP, Kronos,etc.) Experience is not required in all areas listed, but candidate mushshow depth in a core set of technologies & have demonstrated HR domainexpertise

  • Both types of candidateswill be considered: Time and Attendance experts with significant DT exposureor DT experts with significant Time and Attendance domain expertise

  • Proven experience usingproject management methodologies to deliver business value and drivesignificant change across an organization

  • Experience managing budgetsincluding budget, spend, and liquidations.

  • Strong understanding andknowledge of various project and portfolio management methodologies withtrack record of implementing shared standards for large organizations

  • Strong leadership skillswith ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain sharedgoals

  • Excellent influencing,interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with alllevels of an organization

  • Self-starter - requiresminimal direction to accomplish goals. Strong track record ofunderstanding and interest in current and emerging technologiesdemonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities
