General Electric Pressure Control & Offshore Inventory Control Leader in Ft Worth, Texas

Role Summary:

The Pressure Control & Offshore Inventory Control Leader will ensure successful Inventory control, Data Integrity, Material Process and continuous improvement for the PS and PC NAM business. This role will also be responsible for working with and providing leadership for the Service Site Managers and Material Handles. You will report directly into the Global Materials Manager

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Pressure Control & Offshore Inventory Control Leader, you will:

  • Participate in development and lead the execution of Materials Inventory Control Projects for the Pressure Control Supply Chain and Services Sites

  • Drive Cycle Counting process from implementation, RCA and completion

  • Drive Physical Inventory process and ensure compliance to BHGE standards

  • Drive excellence in the core operating foundations of Data Integrity, Material Process and Inventory Control measures

  • Develop / Manager Standard KPI’s for business and work with sites to improve these measurements

  • Assist with developing short and long-range business plans

  • Be responsible for building strong long-term relationships with specific internal customers within the region

  • Lead and support services Material operational processes & initiatives including ORACLE process adoption and transactional discipline across organization

  • Provide the operational leadership needed to drive profitable service growth

  • Lead efforts such as helping to define standards & leading initiatives to ensure customer service excellence for internal customers

  • Work closely with technical support team, field staff, sales, and engineering teams in support of products to our internal customers to resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Manage cost control, quality, and operations-oriented customer communications

  • Plan, communicate, schedule, and monitor, events and equipment to meet or exceed the requirements of projects with respect to cost, project profitability, overall margin management, timeline, quality, environmental / safety, legal, and other aspects Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 9 years of leadership / supervisor experience in leading teams)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership / Inventory experience Eligibility Requirements:

  • Travel 20% of the time, as required

  • Strong Oracle knowledge and experience

  • AS400 or SAP knowledge and experience helpful Desired Characteristics:

  • APICS certifications

  • MBB / BB Certification

  • OMLP Graduate

  • Experience with Oracle site implementations

  • SQL knowledge and experience

  • Experience in the oil and gas industry Business Operations
