The Directory Services Analyst will be responsible for maintenance and minor enhancements of BHGE's Microsoft Active Directory services and programs, supporting enterprise end user, application and server environments. In addition, the Directory Services Analyst will be part of a global and diverse team that maintains a complex, identity and access management environment. This role requires a combination of IT technical background in Microsoft AD and great customer focus.
In the role of Directory Services Analyst, you will:
Be responsible for BHGE directory systems administration & support and will deliver the requested changes to Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) including Active Directory services and AD database maintenance, object backup and restore, disaster recovery, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core component maintenance and troubleshooting.
Provide support and administration of Remote Domain Controllers, Certificate Authorization services, Smart Cards, PKI, ADFS, Kerberos, and LDAP.
Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Active Directory domain.

Must be willing to work out of an office located in Houston, TX
Additional Eligibility Requirement:

1-3 years of technical experience with AD system administration, cyber security, and networking (e.g. Microsoft Enterprise Active Directory and ADFS).
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory architecture, design, and configuration (2008, 2012, and 2016).
Experience with Active Directory database maintenance, object backup and restore, disaster recovery, LDAP, Kerberos, and troubleshooting
Experience with Active Directory Federated Services and Azure Active Directory
Experience in Active Directory Domain restructuring and Trust Management
Experience in Group Policy design, management and troubleshooting
Experience with Active Directory threat defense and management tools
Experience with Multi-Factor technologies Agile, ITIL and Rally experience is a plus
