The Executive Account Manager (f/m/d) Germany is a key role in our commercial organization in Germany and responsible for driving orders and sales growth focusing on the Imaging market through influencing the appropriate level of investments and increasing GE Healthcare’s share of the wallet in the DACH region.
The Executive Account Manager (EAM) will build business relationship with key executives to define and implement a long-term plan. The assigned accounts are typically very large, market leading, and highly strategic health systems, academics, large private/public chains, Group Purchasing Organizations, etc.
The EAM is responsible for proactively developing and executing a One GE Healthcare Sales strategy that capitalizes on the strength of GE Healthcare’s broad portfolio of products, services and solutions and is expected to lead and secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases.
The EAM will report into the DACH General Manager and is part of a broad network of Executive Account Managers globally.
This role is homebased with regular business travelling. Your home-office can be based anywhere in Germany!
You will achieve sales, orders and margin targets in assigned strategic clients while managing costs within budget
You will build long term strategic relationships with the portfolio of customers to continue to add value
You will develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare products & services
You will be developing and maintaining the assigned key clients, understanding their key initiatives and priorities, and keeping GE Healthcare Region Manager, Zone Manager and Product business leaders informed and appropriately involved
You will establish enhance relationships at executive levels with clients through responsive resolution of issues and addressing customer needs by integrating all appropriate GE Healthcare resources; promoting service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service needs to drive customer NPS
You facilitate comprehensive offering and pricing for large projects working closely with the GE Healthcare Regional commercial operation and Healthcare Partners teams
You bring a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (biomedical, electro-mechanical or civil works as advantage)
You contribute a significant experience in Business Management or Sales/Marketing for medical capital equipment, preferred imaging
Proven track record on relationship building skills with the C level
Knowledge of the Healthcare High Tech Industry and understanding of Healthcare Policy and Strategies in the targeted markets
You are willing to travel and have a valid driving license
You speak and write business English and German fluently
You have a strong background and experience in the radiology market
You are customer oriented and committed to quality
You bring strong leadership & communication skills, proven ability to lead & drive resources, energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization in collaborative spirit
Your approach to tasks is proactive, self-directed, creative, clear thinking, able to implement plan via a well thought out process·
You have strong presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that creates understanding and impact to different audiences up to C-Level
