Role Summary:

OHV Planning, Fulfillment and Inventory Manager will be responsible for minimize customer material pain and maximize revenue and conversion rate for off highway vehicle business. In this role, you will partner, liaison with commercial sales team, customer’s fulfillment team and GE supply chain team (material, commodity, shop), engineering, quality & service team to improve operational conversion, inventory, forecast, lead time at both P&L level and order level.

Essential Responsibilities:

OHV Planning, Fulfillment and Inventory Manager will be responsible of understanding customer’s concurrent delivery imperative and priority on a regular basis, align that with day-to-day activities of supply chain and other relevant cross function, conduct regular alignment with supply chain operational and management team (especially team based in TXO) to drive timely resolution of emergency demand, on time delivery, conversion improvement, availability improvement.

  • Drive timely closure of PPAP, change request closure from P&L team

  • Drive timely closure of strategy action like capacity growth to meet delivery part on time P&L projection

  • Manage all continuous improvement initiative of delivery like logistic implication, SKU reduction forecasting and planning OHV parts for PSI process and SIOP process to support global demand input from commercial and product team

  • Create and maintain good customer relationships – work closely with Komatsu’s fulfilment team to solve their problems

  • Work with apparatus and aftermarket commercial leader to support growth and make sure we are ready for new opportunities

  • Weekly customer reviews to drive closure to open issues

  • Manage risks and opportunities to close quarterly targets

  • Responsible to ensure best customer outcome of requirements and resolve any/all Supply Chain capabilities, hurdles, etc.

  • Maintain PSI process or all aftermarket parts and spares

  • Manage RP inventory for North America, Russia, China, Black Thunder and Australia

  • Manage gold orders to enable rebalance opportunities without driving excess inventory

  • Manage VMI (vendor managed inventory) inventory globally


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college

  • Minimum 7 yrs of experience in an analytical role, encompassing Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and/or Service.

  • Demonstrated record of meeting commitments and delivering results in ambiguous environment

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within a large, complex organization

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; experience with financial reporting and analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of problems, generate and evaluate creative solutions, implement fact-based resolutions quickly and effectively
