Role Summary:

The Intern Deputy PM will support the CPMs and CSMs on the execution of the main contractual obligations and to achieve expected profitability of the Contract itself.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Services Deputy Project Manager will:

  • Act as support interface between the CPM/CSM and Service COEs and functions;

  • Interface for Oracle project setup and coordination of the internal Depts (Fulfillment, Billing & Shipping including Regional specific shipment/customs processes)

  • Assist CPM/CSM on Kick off meeting for capital parts and for repairs management (incoming, job opening, SO setup, OKE Contract and billing deliverables)

  • Support on manual Purchase Orders Requisitions

  • Support on MO Interciclo (manual management and logistics on boxes which cannot be automatically processed)

  • Support on customized materials status updates for Customer and/or for QMI preparation

  • Support sanity checks on spare parts backlog btw Qmi and PSI

  • Support POD collection at Q end to maximize Sales (Shipping support)

  • Scrap materials management for Repair jobs under temp Importation

  • Follow up with internal functions for Parts obsolescence and country specific QA/QC requirements – (WF blocked codes, inactive, supplier, doc not applicable, HS coding questions from forwarders ...)

  • Play a proactive role in problems prevention during the Project life cycle by highlighting potential areas of concern and promptly driving other functions in solving issues, which could affect the flawless execution. In doing so, he/she gains a complete and deep knowledge of the processes and activities throughout the Company Qualifications/Requirements:

  • BS Engineering or equivalent knowledge or work experience

  • Fluent spoken English

  • Customer Centric behavior, able to deal with complex Customers needs and issues

  • Willing to meet challenging requirements

  • Strive for achieving Project Goals and Customer Satisfaction

  • Passion for the work "well done first time", intellectual rigor and professional discipline while running the Project

  • Excellent team player, able to effectively communicate with his/her peers and supervisors, good influencing skills when dealing with Functions

  • Effective communication and presentation skills
