Roles and Responsibilities
Provide oversight to sourcing specific ERPs, processes, and tools. Ensure sourcing processes and tools impacting supplier performance, execution, and management align to business outcomes.
Own sourcing specific ERPs, processes, and tools.
Create, Review, and improve processes.
Work on special initiatives.
Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within their discipline.
May require strong commercial awareness and is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Projects not limited to, but include:oWIP Health and Order Book Review (standardization)oAction Plan DevelopmentoDelivery Reporting Process (AMT)oTraining Development and ExecutionoProcess and Tool Controls

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 8 years experience in Sourcing, Materials or Supply Chain Manufacturing).
A minimum of 5 years experience in Sourcing, Materials or Supply Chain Manufacturing.
