Job Description Summary

Supplier Performance and Execution Process – Engagement Leader will develop, implement, and ensure training around processes impacting Supplier Performance, Execution, and Performance Management. Partner with sourcing operations teams, councils, supplier performance and commodities to define requirements and standard work related to functional performance management and develop standard work for sourcing organization to utilize. Partner with the Sourcing Digital team and Sourcing DT to develop the tools required to automate contract and performance management tasks and develop analytics that supplement the processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight to sourcing specific ERPs, processes, and tools. Ensure sourcing processes and tools impacting supplier performance, execution, and management align to business outcomes.

  • Own sourcing specific ERPs, processes, and tools.

  • Create, Review, and improve processes.

  • Work on special initiatives.

  • Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within their discipline.

  • May require strong commercial awareness and is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.

  • May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Projects not limited to, but include: supplier performance framework, supplier business reviews, supplier management and segmentation

  • Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics.

  • May guide others to consider a different point of view.

  • Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives.

  • Work is subject to functional policy objectives.

  • Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects.

  • High levels of evaluative judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years experience in Sourcing, Materials or Supply Chain Manufacturing

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Sourcing, Materials or Supply Chain Manufacturing
