General Electric Staff Engineer, Reliability in Evendale, Ohio

Job Description Summary

The Reliability Engineer will report to the Evendale site Edison Works Reliability Manager and be responsible for contributing to the design and development of products predominately for military customers by working with design and systems engineers and directly with the customer.

Job Description

As the Reliability Engineer, you will:

  • Execute reliability analyses for assigned projects to meet business standards, procedures and the product / program requirements

  • Develop specialized knowledge in the discipline and serve as resource to colleagues and programs for Reliability guidance.

  • Collaborates with others to ensure program Reliability requirements are accomplished.

  • Contribute towards strategy and policy development for Reliability at GE Aviation.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects and present outcomes to business leaders.

  • Obtain and maintain government security clearance at Secret level and work within a controlled secure environment.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Reliability or related discipline.

  • Ability and willingness to obtain a U.S. DoD security clearan
